I produced the Pastor's Corner while I was serving at St. Brendan parish in Bothell, WA. it was as an attempt to communicate with my parish and teach on particular subjects. Very few people paid attention to it and it seemed like a failure.
When I went to St. Thomas parish someone who was in RCIA said they found the videos and really enjoyed them. When I told him they were a flop at my former parish he said I shouldn't sell myself short. I guess this was just a reminder that you need to follow through on what the Lord asks you to do and not measure everything by immediate results.
At any rate, I enjoyed making these videos and they were a precursor to utilizing technology during the COVID pandemic.
